D10.2. Project Management Plan (Updated)

This document summarizes the way inteGRIDy proposed to organize internal procedures. The goal is to assist all potential contributors, from each partner level to work package leaders (WPL), and provide a common framework oriented to minimize the administrative overhead. Roles and responsibilities (internal to inteGRIDy), proposed tools (document sharing, templates…), quality assurance and risk management, technical and financial reporting procedures and publication guidelines are all covered by this deliverable.
